The campaign report
On Campaigns, press the chart button in the Stats column, or the number of recipients. In a sent or sending campaign, press See the report or the status label (for example Sending ›).

- Sent, clicked, opened, unsubscribed: each as a share of the emails sent.
- Opens and clicks after the send: a chart of the people who opened and clicked, added up, in the first 48 hours. Point at the chart to see the numbers at that time. It says how soon half of the people who clicked did so. Press Show as a table for the numbers.
- From sent to clicked: one bar each for sent, delivered, opened, clicked and visited your website, as a share of the emails sent.
- By mailbox provider: Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, BT, Sky, Virgin Media and others. A problem at one provider shows here first.
- Links clicked: each link, its clicks and the number of people. The bar under each link compares it with the most clicked link.
- Page views on your website from this email, when your site has the tracking script (see Clicks and page views).
- People: everybody, or only those who opened, clicked, did not open, bounced, marked it as spam, unsubscribed or were not sent it.
- A/B test: both subjects, how many got each, their opens and clicks, and the winner (see A/B test the subject).
- Send to more: when you sent to only the first people, send the next step from here.
- Resend to people who did not open (Pro): makes a copy for them.
Press Download CSV to get the people in the list shown, for a spreadsheet.
Why emails are still waiting
When some emails of the campaign are still in the queue, a box at the top says why. For example:
- The warm-up limit is used up for today. A new sending domain sends a limited number of emails in any 24 hours for its first 3 weeks: 500 in week 1, unless our team changed it (see Warm-up). The box shows the time the next emails can go. The most engaged people go first.
- The campaign is paused, with the reason. Press Resume on the campaign.
- No sender: your sending domain is not verified.
- Tried and refused for now: the mail service asked us to slow down. We try again, up to 5 times. In the People list, a waiting person shows the last answer.
When nothing stops them, the box says so: they go out within a few minutes.
Opens are too high
Many mail apps, Apple Mail among them, open every email by themselves. So the open count includes machines. Clicks show real interest.
